Damn, that's some heavy stuff there.

On the art side, her mouth looks a little off for some reason, and she has two sets of eyelashes on her left eye, but otherwise an excellent piece.

Did you catch this one from earlier, by the same artist? (It didn't have an image preview first time round because the Imgur and Imageshack APIs were refusing to upload the image.)

Yup. Nicely done. I didn't really view it as much because Discord never really made himself that big in the show (though he could of) whereas I could see the Ursa Major being that large compared to a pony.

Yes, although I don't have it on-hand.

It's definitely on deviantart and quite likely ponibooru. Just look up "pony anatomy" and you'll find something.

I'd be extremely wary of sticking that in a search engine!

Actually with safe search off 'pony anatomy' yielded only two charts showing muscular, skeletal, and organ layouts of ponies as we know then, pictures of chubby human girls kissing, and Sarah Jessica Parker. Didn't find anything resembling taxonomy.
