This is starting to look more and more like Command & Conquer: Red Alert 2. First the Kirovs, now the giant squid. Next thing we know, we're gonna have Chrono Legionnaires and Tesla Troopers running around.

I wonder... err... will mine be done soon also?
Man, motherfucking sea monsters. Who wants to put Shroomanian depth charges on their boats?
EDIT:
My participation will decrease since school has returned for me.

I am gonna be very busy this week, so those guys who's nations I'm close with - Stas, Baerne, PeZook, you can take over some of Shroomania's stuff. Particularly the FCS thing.
As for the humanitarian efforts of Shroomania in the Bear Republic, well... you guys can RP that too, merge Shroomania's humanitarian disaster-relief operation with the international effort. Just make sure the Mushroom Marines kick sea-monster ass.
And that Shroomanian Scientific Society science vessel ACV is probably gonna find out a lot of interesting stuff 'bout them sea monsters! Go wild!
And the Shroom Sats that's gonna be launched from Mr. Bean's cosmodrome. Satellite TV for everyone! For outrageous fees!
Also, yeah. Poor Zor. I think Saddamistan's reaction was too much. Someone should say something.

I think this is outrageous. I will issue a note of condemnation, as soon as I deal with a slight problem that just arose in the capitalShroom Man 777 wrote: Also, yeah. Poor Zor. I think Saddamistan's reaction was too much. Someone should say something.

Overreaction? No that was a very tame reaction Saddamistan had, the standard reaction would have been to blast the satellite out of the sky before it even reached orbit, which I would have done had I see the post sooner, followed by a coin flip to decide if the launch complex would then be hit by ballistic and cruise missiles with DPICM warheads. Overreaction would have involved the above, followed up by the use of Saddamistan’s arsenal of hybrid semi non lethal Q fever-BZ biochemical weapon arsenal to clear the way for submarine commando landings.Shroom Man 777 wrote: Also, yeah. The BR currently doesn't use fossil fuel...
weird I know, however it does mean that we use a lot of electric, hydrogen, and other energy dependant tech. sure it's more expensive, but there seems to be some wierd eco-nut proclamations left behind....

Zoria's space program will resume and be saved, in case they enter the NSC rules (which most normal nations enter anyway!

Most of his design teams have been gobbled up by UAC and reconstituted under the RAR Division in UAC - and a lot of the important stuff which could be cut up and stuffed into KC-10s has been moved out in advance of the Sadaamistani engineering battalions.Stas Bush wrote:Zoria's space program will resume and be saved, in case they enter the NSC rules (which most normal nations enter anyway!)

I also support the current ISCA Budget. I am contributing $18.8 mil to ISCA, and my available ship building capacity is 160k tons displacement
(see Budget)
Also, does anyone know the costs and time to build for a ship, especially fast attack craft? My military budget is burning a hole in my pocket. Where do I find the numbers?
And Shep, are you still selling those Bradley's and Abrams? My ground forces need some armor to back them up on the peacekeeping missions they do.

Around $2-5 million probably, if you mean small hydrofoil coastal patrol ships, depending on size and armament. Also, does anyone know the costs and time to build for a ship, especially fast attack craft?

Small hydrofoil Pr.133 Antares.
As for time, around 4-5 months probably. If you have enough dedicated shipyards. Generally ships take a little longer to make for smaler nations.

It's Shinra people, not Shinran. If you want the "-an" you have to add it to "Republic". Just to let you all know.
Also, my carrier wing is not quite full (according to the OOB in the Ref thread) anyway. But it has the helos and Rangers.
Alas, since any of my SF people would be essentially playing catch-up to the hijacked airliner, there's no way they can get there ahead of time. But my Rangers will be ready to go. They have 24 MH-60K Black Hawks and 6 AH-6C Little Birds in an attack configuration.
The carrier has 10 A-6Es, 16 F-14Ds, 2 E-2C and 12 F/A-18Es. There is also the usual complement of EA-6Bs and MH-60Rs if you'd need them.
