Tycho, stop and think - do you really want to reveal the location of the Artemis to a) a complete stranger and b) the Sharadan occupation army, who are stationed 10 klicks away?

Nev runs back towards the edge of the lake, dives under, and swims back into the Artemis, then heads towards the cockpit.

I need to learn to express myself faster.

Alex returns his attention back to the newcomer, not knowing whether to be impressed or amused by his ability to maintain a cavalier attitude with 3 people pointing weapons at his head. He lowers his pistol.

"I'm Alex and this is Kravis. We were delivering some... shall we say illicit cargo to certain parties on Ghaea. I'm sure you can understand."

Alex smiles.

"However, while attempting to land we ran afoul of a Sharadan fighter patrol. And here we are. Tell me, what brings you to this planet, business or pleasure?"

Nev is keen I guess... in a hyperactive sense of the word.

"ss-Sonnergatt..." Kravis hisses with annoyance. "Wonders if he's-ss aware of the ss-Sharadan in orbit?" Kravis turns away and follows Nev.

Right before Nev steps into the cockpit, he realizes just how close the Sharadan army is. "Ah, stupid me! Always getting ahead of my self." Nev taps his neruo-implant impatiently. "I knew this thing would be more trouble than it was worth." Nev runs down the armory, and grabs a weeks worth of food, a medium range communicator, the second carbine, Frank's pair of katana's, and another 10 magazines for the carbines. He stuffs them into a travel pack, and swims back outside to the edge of the lake. "I have work to do-" he says. "Now, will you be coming along or will you just stand there gawking?"

Kravis helps shoulder some of the burden - contrary to what you might think, 2 katanas and a carbine will not fit into a travel bag.

Just to be clear: You have 4x standard magazines, 5x flechette magazines (+2 to hit, only 1d6 damage, and useless against heavy armour - vac suits etc, also there's a good chance that someone in the way will get hit), 5x med. tranq. magazines (fort save DC20, with +1 to the DC for every round afterwards, for a maximum of 3 rounds)

They swim back to the shore. They've been gone for five minutes, so Alex and Jax have been together for all this time, pick up from the time when Nev and Kravis jumped into the lake; it's at this point that both Alex and Jax hear something coming - sounds like an aircraft. Dex modifiers, please, from all parties.

Nev sighs heavily and scratches his head. "Does anyone know much about the immediate layout of the area? The scanners on my ship aren't working very well..."

"Well that explains a few things. I suppose one can't be too choosy when picking a planet to hide out on."

Alex is about to ask if Jax has seen any Sharadan patrols in the area, when he is distracted by a growing sound.

It takes an instant for him to recognize the noise.

In a dark cell, a pale woman with red hair and what seems a fetish for black is hitting Frank while he is chained to the wall.

"I've got a bunch of lovely coconuts, diddily dee. Round ones, small ones, some as big as your head.", Frank sings in as giddy tone as he can muster," Come on now, everybody join in."

The woman hits him in jaw.

Franks spits out a bit of blood,"What's wrong. You not like my singing?"

The woman, frustrated, replies," You had better talk, or I will have to leave you to my men. And they haven't had someone to play with in years"

Frank thinks about screaming several profanities at once, but passes. He considers using the neural link again, but she might detect it and he'd get an ameteur lobotomy.

'What does she want?' Frank thinks as he looks into her cold eyes.

She's an NPC, so you're not allowed to put words in her mouth, or control the scene (you ARE allowed to control the actions of your character, but there are limits to what he can do when locked in a cell). What you are allowed to do is respond to her questions, or ask a few of your own. The scene is as it was on page 1.

Upon hearing the noise, I reach back into the jeep and draw my auto-pistol.

Here is the order in which actions will go:

The Prime Necromancer (Alexander Delrim)
Lazerus (Jax)

Captain Tycho (Nev) and Kravis are too far away to help, I'll let you know when you can enter the battle.

In any case, you have a round to do stuff. Obviously Tycho will be swimming back to shore. It's the three of you and Alex and Jax are out in the open, and no-one has met Edward yet. The three of you hear what is probably jeeps approaching. They're fairly close, but they haven't appeared yet nor have they spotted you. What do you do?

Ok then,scratch that last post.

Frank looks up at the diplomat and the two soldiers.

"May I have my jumpsuit back? I feel a bit indecent."

Ed is in a tight spot. On hand, he doesn't know who these strangers are. They don't look Sharadan at least. A Sharadan patrol is likely coming to investigate the crash, and everyone knows what happens to bystanders who are in the way of a Sharadan search.

"Well, I'm dead on my own anyways, so might as well..." he thinks.

Edward calls out from his perch, "Quick! Into the house!"

Upon hearing the sound, Alex mentally runs down his options.

OK, it's the house, the treeline, or the jeep. I can't leave Kravis behind, so the jeep's out. The treeline doesn't provide enough cover, and I'll never outrun them on foot. The house is my best bet, not that that's saying much.

He's about to make a run for it, when he hears someone calling from the direction of the house.

GALAXY! You'd think we landed in the middle of city, and not the countryside!

With no time to ask questions, Alex sprints towards the house. Mid-stride, he calls back over his shoulder to Jax.

"Try to get the jeep out of sight before they get here!"

I jump into the jeep and floor it.
