Is not the point of chaos to fuck with peoples minds? Discord is only insuring that chaos is able to run free.

Though his actions, Discord clearly shows himself to be a massive gaping asshole. How does 'he does it for the lulz' (which is what 'he does it for chaos' boils down to) stop him from being evil?

Though he does assholely things be is not evil, He is the personification of chaos and thus seeks out the best course to for fill his purpose. You shouldn't hold a Personification of anything (but evil it's self) to the same morality as a normal rounded person. He is an asshole just not evil.

So the best incarnation of true chaos in lit, would be Raven, or Coyote.
