Okay, WTF is up with the above post? Is some brony going insane?

It's a parody, of sorts. It's basically "what would the SA forums look like if it were in Equestria and the main characters posted on it?"

Well-Read Mare is Twilight Sparkle. animallover63 is Fluttershy. THUNDERBOLTS OWN is Rainbow Dash. And so on.

Twilight is posting huge walls of text and sperging out. Fluttershy edits her posts a billion times. Rainbow Dash is either totally spastic or a brilliant troll.


And then Derpy comes in at the end to RSVP for an event that happened last week.

Also, WONDERBOLTS ARE COOL is most likely Scootaloo, what with the avatar featuring RD's head over one of the Wonderbolts and her support for RD. Derpy, apart from the late RSVP, refers to Carrot Top by her blind bag name.
