Let's face it: I probably forgot alot. And quite possibly some of the Southern Powers wouldn't have gone along with it, or perhaps the Obers would have been abandoned by the outer powers, despite the presense of potent psions pleading their case. But that was the plan. I like it. It was a crazy plan.
