Lets see... Most of the time there is some sort of barrier in the way to prevent mess, but one time I did it standing up in the bathroom, facing the closed door, with just this kind of thing in mind. Standing up: 5 feet forward (the weapon was 3 feet up, and the elevation was ~5 degrees)
