I use my paypal account too much to close, sucks but it's the standard over ebay and I only send money via credit card. Also a paypal issue did resolve an issue in my favor once.
Simply put I bought something online and the seller did not respond for a month, I reported him and he gave me back my money but not even then did he say a single word to me, I had sent him three emails over the without replies but I know he got them and he got my report to paypal, but not a single word to me, what a stupid retard.
