With the wide range of mutations available to even the lowliest recruit of the Chaos Gods, one can hang ten, twenty, or even a hundred.

Khaine? Khaine?

OH.

Yes, the OTHER God of War. The OLD God of War.

I'm sure you'd like to mention some of the other fine gods the Eldar have, but, wait, they're all dead.

I guess that's not discussed in polite company, though.

You are so catching a shrieker round for that crack..

Say hello to my Death Jester. :P

Whoever said the Eldar have no sense of humor has never met the Harlequins.

Okay, you do have me there. My incomplete understanding of the fluff led me to believe that Khaine was the sole survivor among the Eldar Gods.

But that just adds to the variety on Slaanesh's menu.

The Laughing God spends his days hiding in the web, rocking back and forth on his knees and whimpering about the nasty things Slaanessh will do to him if he gets caught.

Khaine was the Eldar god of War, quickly moving on to murder as well I think, He got a bit focussed, there is no exact date given as to when he becomes "khorne" but I suspect its somewhere before he slaughters Eldanesh, greatest Hero of Pointy Ear legend.

Khaine, to be brief, was a real cunt. As of now, all that is the Eldar God Khaine is currently residing in animated chunks of one of Nightbringers necrodermis, as the Avatars.

Frigging Eldar with their whacky pantheon of complicated gods. See, we have the Emperor. There. Elegant and simple.

Yet more proof that humanity is superior.

Yeah, but then we have all these Angelic manifestations, and Living Saints, and a Chaos Magister even saying words to the effect of. " Their feeble Gods can not help them "

Yes, but not for the reason you think.

Humanity, in its relatively short period on the scene spawned three major Chaos Gods.

The Eldar, for all their work and effort, only managed to spawn one. That's just sad, Space Elves.

The Orks, the most populous species around, they come up with two lousy gods distinguished by the fact that one is slightly smarter, and the other is slightly stronger. And they're not even Chaos Gods, to boot.

Yes, all hail the human race and its overachieving nature. And just imagine how much we'll be able to accomplish once we've torn the Corpse-Emperor from his throne and united all under the pantheon of Chaos...

It works like this Chaos gods are born of emotions and desires.

Harlequins self mockery and sorrow was too alien for Slaanesh to absorb. Khaine's bloody handed revelry in slaughter contains aspects of both Khorne and Slaanesh. So they fought over who got to eat him and he splintered himself and escaped.

Alright, here's my take on 40k surfing:

Chaos minions surf. "Surf for the surf god!"
I believe they even have a specially adapted mutation for surfing--surfing ninja turtlespawn. "Cowabunga! Anchovies for the False Emperor!"

In much of the IoM, surfing is a lost art from the Age of Dude, but some still retain its secrets.
Arbites do not surf in the conventional sense. They "Carapace Surf," which requires no board.
Somewhere there is probably an IG regiment who surfs. The Maliboo Marauders 509th.
Admech adepts surf the interweb, as well as watersurfing. They have a tendency to remove their feet to increase their connection to the board. thus eliminating the possibility of "hanging ten." Rust is a bit of a problem.

The Emperor surfed in his Aussie days (the early 1980's and again in the 19,800's).

Necrons just sink.

When the Orks find a nice ocean world, they tend to spore Beech Boyz to take advantage of the surfing.

Dark Eldar are just skaterpunks.

The kroot have been able to surf since they ate Anette Funicello.

Of course, the squats were the most enthusiastic surfers of all. Unfortunately, from overhead a squat on a surfboard looks a lot like a baby seal to a hungry Tyranid...

When did they change the iron statues of Khaine to necrodermis? As many details as you can give me will be appreciated.

Thank you.

Consider the above a warning. You want to play, go start a 40K STGOD. I'll even GM it for you. But OSF is not the place for TGODing.
