If they had any urges or the instincts start acting up, their religious upbringing probably told them to squash them and go pray in a corner or something.
I predict that this couple try sex for the first time, get all scared of the results, dump therapy and go pray in the corner again. Maybe they'll start saying, we must have a child the right way, God's way, or something like that.
And they don't reproduce. The world is saved!!!

There may be some bumbling (ouch), but they'll figure it out.
I suspect that at least one of them had some idea, but was probably too ashamed or embarrassed to tell their spouse.
Still... wow. I'll mention this next time some idiot suggest removing sex ed.

Maybe Jesus will come to the door with a baby for them. As long as he saves them from the evils of sex...

I think that people who can't even figure out that you insert the penis into an orifice of some kind on the woman... well, let's just not correct them, shall we?
I mean, at least people who have buttsex trying to have a child know that you have to insert Lever A into Slot B.
Of course, if you're having sex for reasons besides (or including) childbirth, then Lever A would also most likely be trying to reach Spot G.

What about "sex education is useful"?

amazing, since people usually get told what sex is in school, in case their stupid ass fundie parents don´t tell them. there´s no such thing as home schooling and i think sex ed is mandatory even in privat schools. i´m not sure about that though. i´ll try to find that out.
i´m not sure if i should pitty these people or laugh at them. morons.

Wow...
The most intersting part of this is that the 10 year olds I help tutor for volunteer work know more than these retards
Some kid: What's sex?
Some other kid:
one... *raises up right index finger*
two... *makes an "0" with her left hand*
three...*insertion*

But proper conditionig can overide natural instincts: Military training, for example, supresses several human instincts, such as the tendancy to panic and flee when one's life is in imminant danger, or the natural reluctance to kill another human being. Granted, this is unlikly in the case of sexual instinct. It's almost impossable
not to find out "how it's done" in modern society, even for fundies who are shielded from many so-called "immoralities". I just thought I'd mention that, however.
Perhaps these two actually knew "how it's done", but somehow believed that sexual intercourse wasn't the way babies are made?

This still just reeks of so much bullshit. Even if you somehow managed to keep people 100% in the dark about sex to that age (in Germany, no less) they are BOUND to figure it out on their own. No one's telling them it's wrong, so there's no guilt factor. Although there's also no perverse fascination factor, they are going, going, GOING to pick it up.
The only way I can see this even be feasable is some messed up psychological thing. Maybe they were abused sexually when they were kids and have repressed so much that human reproduction becomes the stork fable covered in Sunday school. Only way.

OK

...... If their children are going to be anything like their parents, they should not be allowed to procreate. It'll just slow down the progress of mankind.

I think this is somewhat similar to the little monkey experiments not verified in human form. Where if little monkeys are raised and reared away from their parents and in a totally sexless environment, odds are greatly in the favor of the poor little monkeys never procreating in their life. Thus, showing a certain amount of sexual instruction is necessary.
Makes you wonder how the first humans ever figured it out then. Or for that matter, when did man figure out to shove his dick into a woman's mouth? Probably looking for a way to cork her up

You said it there. kinda. First humans figured it out by watching monkeys

This is unbelievable. It is hard to understand why they did not feel any physical attraction to each other.
