Er, what part isn't clear to you?
i didn't see anywhere mentioned about any limit on using points. so i'm not sure how many can be used when making a character. that's the main thing.

You'll have to look harder then. It stats shortly after the first post that you get 11 points to use... doesn't it?

By the way, 9 points in conduct energy. Was I right in saying that it can hurt something with invunerability (4 pointer)? Or should it be more or less? My current idea is a massive blast of energy that leaves a 4 pointer hurting a lot and a 5 pointer maybe feeling a little worse for wear.

It should at least have some effect on them, but it won't exactly vaporize them on contact either.
And, yes, you are allowed 11 points. Next time, scroll down a bit more before asking

BTW, do I have to count PRID wealth and equipment in my points, or can I use them in other places?

That's a good question...
Perhaps we might give each faction different built-in attributes, like last time? Like wealth, lackeys, etc for PRID, then phasing for the apparitions, or something similar to that?

How about Neutral get's independence from orders (RPID) or a corpereal body (apparitions)

You're only saying that because you aren't an independant

I'm happy with 1. It only makes sense since PRID and the aperations are getting like 2-3 points of extra stuff.

Uhm... er.... no of course not. I'm saying it because if I became independent I would suddenly lose my wealth and equipment.

Is this story taking place in the sametime line as the last two STGODS? Cuz i am using the same character

Nope, different timeline. Using the same character would be legal.

Legacys is my second choice if this character gets offed... Which is a more than likely occurance.

Opps what i should of said is this story taking place on the same Earth as the last two STGOD's. I realize that it is a different timeline. I would like to know because i will complete the last STGOD so everything goes smoothly with our stories
I agree with Cyran

Independents should get some bonus in comparison to the other groups. Phasing is worth 3pts afterall, and I don't know what PRID goons get. However, if you lose these benefits if you leave the said groups, then I would be more open minded about it. If you have an apparition, does he/she/it lose the free phasing it gets if it leaves the apparition camp?

Ah, I would assume it is the same earth... Completely, non-interwining timeline

Yes, it is a completely separate realm. Nothing carries over.
