Apparently it has the means to mass produce the T-1000 models as well as dispose of every T-600/800 endoskeleton.
Hmmm, this is going to be a big problem for the resistance. It was actually a good strategy, Skynet is winning.

Hey guys, I don't have the T3 novel, so maybe you could answer me some questions

From what I 'heard' on the net, the T-1000 had a weakness against plasma weapons in the future battles, so why would T-1000 mass produce them? Was this just a rumour?
Any mention of this? any ideas? thx

I'm a useless pile of subhuman racist filth who attacked Darth Wong's heritage and accused him of abusing his wife and children!

To be honest, I think any Terminator, irrespective of the model, is going to have a problem with plasma weapons.

Humans have a problem with bullets today, yet we send them out to fight. Aircraft have a problem with missiles...etc.

Skynet has to field something, and anything it does is likely to be vulnerable to plasma damage. Why not mass-produce a unit as effective as the T-1000s?

Though my only problem with the novel is that either T-850 was programmed to fuck with John's head or some editor missed something.

The time they send the T-850 is the year 2030...with John and Kate sending it back with their Time machine.

The time in which the supposed death of John Connor...July 4th 2032.

Unless this one has some cool pre-cog program or was purposely meant to screw with John's head, I say the later just to keep him on his toes. Still so odd how the movie hinged on it, yet the book makes it seem like well you know what happens.
