How tall and active are you? For many men, 155 is on the low side. And if you're around normal weight and go on a diet with the idea of "toning your belly", you risk ending up losing muscle mass everywhere. In that case a gym would be better.FaxModem1 wrote:Currently at 175, my goal is to go back to 165, when I first got to this base, or even better, to 155, which was my weight in tech school.
But its not really a matter of pounds as it is a matter of inches, trying to slim down to where I don't have a belly anymore.
Anybody got any advice?
Drop Soda, I'm serious I had the same problem I drink only diet soda and tea now, and its great.Elite Pwnage wrote:I just weighed in for the hell of it and realized that I'm at a really high number. I need to cut back on what I eat. I am kind of tall for my age so apperance wise it balances out, that is not going to be the if I continues at this rate.
