I, King Zor-I of the Kingdom of Zoria have just recieved word from Legate Adria Hitachi of the First Legion of the RZMC. Her forces have sucsessfully landed on the main island of TithonousSyndrome's island chain, home to the capital city and main industrial section twenty kilometers from the outskirts of his capital and have established a beach-head with an additional ten thousand soldiers landing by the end of the day, despite gas mortar attack by a few resisting soldiers early on in the invasion. This island contians the capital and main industrial city, Should it island fall, the rest of his Island chain will succum soon after. As for his Navy, the RZAF took care of most of their fleet during their attack on the homeland.

On the subject of the LUN, we would be delighted to join for the co-prosperity of our respective nations.

The LUN is delighted to accept Zoria with all rights and priviledges of a member nation. Let it be known that from this day onward, Zoria has entered the LUN Free Trade Zone and became a member of the LUN Mutual Protection Treaty. We hope this development benefits both our countries. As per our prior statement, the Foreign Ministry has declared all visa requirements for Zorian citizens have been removed. The Maritime Engineering School of Amelia is currently forming in the II Republic ; It is accepting students and professors from all LUN nations. We also need skilled tradesmen and engineers for our developing industries ; we can offer free accomodation and guaranteed employment for any such specialists willing to move to the II Republic.

In other news, the II Republic is looking for affordable and effective anti-shipping missiles for use in our coastal defence batteries. They need to be shore-launched, mobile and cheap enough for en-masse deployment.

The II Republic has no interest in annexing other nations, however is ready to provide stabilization as part of a joint international peacekeeping force.

The II Republic is concerned about the eventual fate of Syndromia ; We propose the country be disarmed, rebuilt and established as a socialist republic tied to Zoria, the RT, the Fungal Axis and the LUN by trade and protection pacts. It would depend on other countries for protection, and in exchange would provide resources and manpower on a first-priority basis.

We propose this in the interest of preventing a needless and resource-consuming guerilla war. Also, utmost priority needs to be placed on punishing the people responsible for using chemical weapons against civilians.

On behalf of the Alliance of Advanced Nuclear Research and Space, I am proud to announce the successful maiden flight of the Y-1, codenamed Lungfish along with a full and successful test of the Sabre engine.



The Sabre engine's unique feat is that is able to gain its oxygen from both its surrounding air and stored liquid oxygen, flawlessly switching between the two under a short period of time. This will greatly reduce the necesary mass to gain the speed necesary to archive escape velocity.



While the Lungfish is unmanned and will not be able to penetrate the atmosphere, its rocket engines gave a half-minute burst without any indication of possible failure from the cooling system, therefore safe to assume that the full-scale unit will perform just as well.

There are still more stress-tests to undergo until the next unit is produced, but the Alliance of Advanced Nuclear Research and Space is confident that it will be able to break the frontier quite soon.

Shroomania accepets this proposition of the reconstruction of Syndromia. The reestablishment efforts shall be partitioned into four groups, as also proposed by the Red Technocracy.

It is vital for all the nations involved in rebuilding Syndromia not to antagonize the civilians of that nation, while at the same time providing a sizeable peacekeeping presence to prevent the country's descent into anarchy and chaos. Such measures will also ensure the speedy reestablishment of the nation of Syndromia. It will not be an easy task, and will require the dedication of all nations involved.

Those responsible for the initial acts of violence against Zoria, including the reprehensible use of chemical and biological weapons of mass destruction, must be found and punished.

The II Republic would be interested in acquiring diesel-electric submarines for coastal patrol, shipping interdiction and missile targeting duties. Due to our non-existant nuclear infrastructure, we are not currently interested in nuclear submarines.

Next year's budget will allow us to purchase four submarines with displacement of about 2500-3500 tons and their weapon systems. Any bidders are welcome.
