I apparently just barely qualify as a Kingdom, so huzzah for me. My first impulse is to try to make something along the lines of a Rapture or Fallout-style Vault city network to keep myself from being battered into submission by raving lunatics with untold nuclear arsenals. Shroomania concernedly proposes to its allies in the FUNGAL PACT, the FYTO, and the Omsk Pact nation of the Red Technocracy, that sanctions be imposed on TithonousSyndrome along with a blockage - perhaps led by Taskforce Cuntpuncher - to bring a halt to the Syndrome's unwarranted aggression on the RARpublic of ZorTopia.

The leadership of the 2nd Republic wishes to express its sincerest apology for mistaking the FUNGAL AXIS for the FUNGAL LEAGUE. Frankly, there's a lot of alliances with funny names, and we sometimes get confused

The LUN wishes to propose an establishment of a humanitarian effort to help citizens of ZorTopia. The 2nd Republic pledges to establish refugee camps on its territory, and use its naval assets, such as they may be, to expedite the effort to deliver food, medication and other supplies for distribution amongst Zorian civilians.

We second the motion proposed by Schroomania that blockades be imposed against TithonousSyndrome.

As the first nation of the League of Extraordinary Gentleman Nations (LNGN), Tiriola takes the responsibility of voicing the concerns of the League about the conflict-ridden world and aggression between TithonousSyndrome and ZorTopia. The League, along with the FUNGAL AXIS, wishes this conflict end.

In other news, the League has authorized first Poseidon-class submarine construction. This awesome vessel, dedicated to exploration, blue sea patrol and going where no mammal has gone before under the waves, shall act as a first line of defense against possible sea-going aggressions against the League and the founding member, Tiriola. The LUN wishes to express its relief upon receiving good news coming from Zoria ; We wish to enter negotiation with Zoria for delivery of bauxites, iron ore, bituminous coal and small quantities of oil in exchange for aid in developing our shipbuilding industries.

Also, the II Republic is willing to provide any humanitarian aid necessary to Zorian citizens, should such a need arise and as much as our limited resources allow.

The Zorian republic would, of course, be most welcome should it choose to enter the League Of Non-aligned Nations, in order to receive benefits in the form of a free trade union and mutual protection pact. The LUN can offer Zoria access to plenty of raw resources and manpower, in exchange for engineering expertise.

Shroomania cautions all nations to maintain their alertness and their military presence in the vicinity of Zoria and the TithonousSyndrome nation - in anticipation of continued hostilities or other unforeseen hostilities.

Nonetheless, Shroomania will be joining in the humanitarian aid efforts of the LUN and other nations, by sending a corps of physicians to tend to the wounded and the displaced refugees.

On behalf of the fine people of the Kingdom of Zoria, i am greatful for this aid, several villiages were attacked with gas and incindiary missiles before we could respond. We also are happy to accept foreign coal and iron, things our steel industries (and by extention, shipbuilding and machine tool industries) dearly need, we have dispatched several engineers from Royal Zorian Nautical Engineering on one of our SP-10 Pheonix supersonic passenger jets to the Second Republic and a shipload of top notch machine tools to assit you in your development. We also are looking to the Red Technocracy for robotics in helping us develop our automobile industry.

Shroomania is alarmed at these allegations of the use of chemical weapons against the peaceful peoples of Zoria and should these allegations be confirmed - rest assured that the nation of TithonousSyndrome will have a lot to answer for.

Yer Mom, Shroomania's most advanced submarine vessel, will begin reconnaissance missions just out of the territorial waters of TithonousSyndrome.

The II Republic shall use resources and expertise provided by Zoria to establish our first large-scale steel mills and shipyards capable of producing large merchant vessels. First estimates show the II Republic shall gain the capability to produce mechant ships between 5 and 15 thousand BRT. A naval engineering school shall also be established in the major coastal city of Amelia. Within five years, the shipyards will start accepting foreign orders, as the first batch of qualified professionals will leave our schools and be ready to work in our shipyards.

The Foreign Ministry is also currently working on release of national information.

I think it's pretty certain if he insists on "staying the course" we would have to sink his Navy which is hardly more than a few frigates or a destroyer, give or take a few littoral ships and possible torp boats.
