You have some good stuff in there... flashes, but overall, I don't see much improvement.
How much time are you spending on your drawings and are you studying anatomy and perspective? It looks like you are touching on some proper techniques, but not enough to get better.

Well I feel like I'm gradually getting better instead of worse, but it is still not easy, with lots of trial and error. Anyway here are two more bits of work:

You aren't getting worse by any stretch, you are just stagnant. It's like you have plateaued. I'm not sure what to suggest to change it up. When I feel like I'm not improving I sit down and try to do something completely different.

I'm seeing some steps in the right direction with regards to legs - they still look like they're getting progressively smaller on a straight perspective change. If that's what you're trying to do, it ends up looking a bit unconvincing - the eye is confused (at least mine is). Also, your necks are a bit longer than necessary - probably due to head height being a tad tall (it seems). Otherwise, I think that it's getting there slowly.

EDIT: also, are your women supposed to have thick, manly necks and rugged, manly jaws? :S

PS: your shading/textures have been the biggest improvement since the start!

I agree my shading is getting better, but it doesn't look realitic or dynamic enough, although it will come with practice. I'm thinking about drawing a lot more from life, copying people, landscapes, and objects before making up my own stuff with comic books and concept art.

Here is my attampt at Wolverine:

This.

Freehand drawing is best left until after you're pretty good at copying shapes. Just because you're copying doesn't mean you can't be original, though - for instance, I take people's heads and then change them around, have some fun with it ( I used to think that copying was a bad thing... then I realized it isn't, and my stuff has gotten much much better).

On the pics of Sharrow - the problems I see are that the arms are either too buff or too tiny, and that while she has a rather significant chest to show through like that, parts of the clothing don't show that (they need to curve with the chest).

The studies are showing a bit of improvement, especially the topright woman in that second last pic :D
Also, I lol'd at the guy making the :o face. very nice.
