What's really annoying is how many of my cousins (on mother's side) have that shade, and I got the golden-red/strawberry blonde

It was very cool thanks - the people were all very friendly save for one bus driver who was quite the prick! Seattle is a very nice place and it was great watching the Mariners, even though we suck.

Besides which, I'm confident that driver was an Oregonian who'd just recently immigrated from the howling wastes south of the Columbia. Buncha barbarians.

One thing struck me as depressing - you guys don't root for the Mariners enough! The stadium was half full for the Angels game, hell there were only 22000 there to see King Felix pitch! That was very depressing.

I agree, though, only half full for a home game is very disappointing.

Seattle has random manic sports crazes which reach proportions which would render even you English a bit nervous, and then everything settles down again, until the next strange collection of inputs comes together into another unholy mania-season. I went to college near there, so the experience is a personal one.

It's maybe the style of the hair coupled with the colour then. Dunno. But at the moment I'm preferring your old colour.
