I can understand anatomy and proportions, I'm not completely out and getting better instead of worse, but I cannot apply it perfectly right away.

The one above Havok's last post... Is that supposed to be Sir Alan Sugar? If so, I can actually recognise him. which is a big plus. On the other hand if its not. One of us should feel very embarassed...

Yes, it is Sir Alan Sugar.

Looking through these pics, they're definitely getting a whole lot better.
In particular, the upper torsos are getting much more real-looking.
Just want to say one thing about proportions: usually the legs of the people you draw are too short, which gives something of a jilted appearance.

PS: I really liked the elephants pulling the masonry tower :D
