I typed up most of the Death Star article; but I was very leary of wholesale copying calculations of which i had only minimal understanding. Darth Wong, what's your take on this?

I added an entry on Imperial Star Destroyers, but its not completed as I have to go to school tomorrow. But, at least it started.

I have also added a directed-energy weapons article, flechette article and, a BDZ page, so people can expand on that stuff there. (Someone should review those pages though, since I got most of my references of the ISDs crew requirements from Wookiee :D )

BTW, can someone move the Imperial-class Star Destroyer entry into the Star Wars starship page? I would appreciate it.

Got to go, damn school tomorrow....

Just edited my sector army entry to take a slap at Traviss using WEG Minimalism; the smallest POSSIBLE Region in the Empire has 3 Sectors, and that means that region has 3.54 million men in it's land forces, outnumbering Traviss' GAR by 500k troops.

On Sector's, it would seem to me that a single sector is analogous to a state or province, for example, Padme was called the Senator from Naboo, however, she was the representative of the entire Chommell Sector, which itself was made up of around 40k inhabited planets. In effect this would make Naboo analogous to the capital city of the state. I wanted to run this by everyone before I made any real decision to edit the article and add the analogy, so what say the rest of you?

Well, the Star Wars visual dictionary for episode one did say that Palpatine was "the representative of some 36 backwater worlds" so it seems to make sense.

Publius has a theory to explain this in All the Emperor's Men on domuspublica.net. You see, there are a million member states. The sector is an administrative convenience for the galactic government.

Is it ok if we contact several ex-members to edit the wiki or something?

Mainly because I was thinking of alyeska and chris...so as to provide a more 'neutral' point of view on SD.net?

Would one of the wiki admins please create a page on the wiki identifying admins and listing whatever rules are already in effect?

1. I don't remember Chris being an ex-member. Given his current status, he's a little more then that.

2. What do you mean more neutral point of view dumbfuck? Unless you mean more Trek point of view of the debate...which is hardly fucking neutral.

Link to the original article. Never post something you don't understand, even if it's a copy-paste.

Yeah, maybe we should get some creationists in there too, just to give a "neutral point of view" on this whole "science is worthwhile" attitude that we have!

I haven't had time to do anything on this wiki yet, however just about everything under my name is incorrect.

I am still a current member of TFN. I basically asked to be banned from sw.com. There is no evidence whatsoever that the statue in Palpatine's apartment was named after me. I tried editing this in the past on Wookiepedia, but it kept getting changed back. There is also a protocol droid from the X-wing series named Poe, which is not named after me, either.

Can we use this wiki to attack other wikis? Wookiepedia had mislabeled a medical droid from one of the cross section books, and has stubbornly refused to fix it.

One more thing. Let try to be a little professional, at least. My name shouldn't be under "W" for Wayne, and Mike's name shouldn't be under "M" for "Mr".

If we're going to have information regarding usergroups and other sections of the board on the wiki, would it be possible to get general links to those added to the front page? It would make navigation somewhat easier. I've made edits in a testing page here if anyone thinks that having a science vs. religion section and usergroup section to the wiki's front page would be a good idea.

Shep>Really a lot of work you put into the organisational structure of the Empire. But I have a suggestion: Why not merge all of them into the Empire-article? It would make things far easier to navigate. And actually its where it belongs to.
