If they are, then in all likelihood he has like four of them and they're prototypes that might well not perform as advertised.

But the capacity to build and deploy such a weapon would be a potential deterrent against massed ABM defenses- If, say, the US decided to build them and then try to do nuclear saber-rattling against Russia as Trump now does against North Korea. And if they have succeeded in prototyping the system, they could surely get it into large-scale enough production to be significant well before anyone could come up with a counter.

Skimmer, isn't India bailing out on the Su 57 in favor of F-35's that are much further along in development and would have better support? Lockheed Martin being Ford to Sukhoi's Lada and all..

Sukhoi has fielded what... A dozen Su 57's vs hundreds of Lightning II's. Wouldn't be surprised if this was dick waiving to distract from that.

How are nuclear UAVs and interceptor-launched MRBMs "dick waving to distract from" Su-57 something something? If they were only "plans" to build something, as Russia often says that it has "plans", then it is just cheap distractions. But these are expensive things for a distraction. If only in the "Star Wars" sense, trying to create a visibility of hyperinvestment.

But on the other hand, all shown weapons are reasonably useful in real-life scenarios of global thermonuclear war, and can be intergrated into the existing forces as well. That's too simple for a napkin weapon project.
