A while back we hung the title "retarded spambot" on chitoryu12 as incentive for him to improve his behavior. As far as I can tell, he's been pretty good for the last couple of months. Is it time to recommend to the administration that the negative title be removed or should he hang on to it?

Sounds like a very good idea. I can't recall the last time he was trouble; the title no longer applies to his behaviour. I think he's earned its removal.

Was there a term set to how long should keep the title in the first place?

No set term that I can remember, but as the person who asked for him to be titled (or one of the main movers behind that), I concur that it should be removed. He's been good.

I remember when he and EP/SC seemed to be one of a kind. I'd say he's dramatically improved since then.

I don't run across him that much but in many ways I think its an indication that before even I couldn't avoid the crazy and I haven't seen it. So yeah I would have no objection to a removal. Based on the past precedent I don't think we really need a vote on this unless there is some objection that develops in the next several days.

Removing the title is, I think, an wholly justifiable change. It would also act as an incentive to others who bear such titles to clean up their act and get likewise rehabilitated.
