And a photocopier wqould be a "Quantum fiberous sheet information replication unit". Instead of storing paper, it sends the information to a SF computer on earth, the station analyzes that data, and then, it is replicated. It has a touchscreen, as usual, and in one of the episodes, the transfered data is re-routed to the Borg.

i don't think they'd use a Photocopier because the end result looks too low tech, that's probably why thay use PADD's for everything
