For me it's no contest. Rats and snakes don't bother me, but spiders suck.

Spiders easily.
They're just too freaky.

Snakes. *shudder*
Spiders are neat... unles they're crawling on me. But just hanging in the web, or crawling along, they're fascinating.
Rats.... well, I've never had to deal with them outside of petstores.

Me: Nope, that's why I have you around to tell me.
Nitram: You -are- beautiful. Anyone tries to tell you otherwise kill them.

Ever since I woke up in the jungles of Oki, and a bannana spider was creeping up on me, I CAN'T STAND spiders. Yeuch. Squish, squish.
They say, "the tree of liberty must be watered with the blood of tyrants and patriots." I suppose it never occurred to them that they are the tyrants, not the patriots. Those weapons are not being used to fight some kind of tyranny; they are bringing them to an event where people are getting together to talk. -Mike Wong

Rats are filthy, but don't bother me unless they're living in close proximity to me. I love snakes. Snakes are awesome, but I'm an arachnophobe.
My fear of spiders is rather irrational, actually. The small spindly ones don't bother me so much (even though they're the most dangerous), it's the giant, fat hairy ones like tarantulas and bird-spiders that give me the creeps. With their humungous asses and eight beady eyes...

I don't mind rats because I have gotten use to their relative, mice, scurrying along the floor around my house and ripping open food packs in the pantry. I also don't have much fear of rodents, well, because I had to use them (docile mice) in an experiment for a Biology lab, live ones.
Spiders don't freak me out that much because I see so many around here. In my old apartment, they use to be crawling all over the place. I have seen ticks get embedded into my brother twice (one time he had around 3 on his body at a time), and I usually see jumping spiders crawl along the floor every month. Because I see them so much, and I don't prefer to kill harmless crawlies, and especially spiders, which help get rid of all the ants and beetles that always seem to get in our house.
Now, because I am not used to snakes, if I saw one hiding in my pantry when I opened it for example, I would probably freak out. Maybe it is because the snake is so big compared to the other two. If there was a snake in my yard though, and it never got in my way, I probably wouldn't mind it, because it would really help more against infestation problems.

None of the above. What disturb me are Florida cockroachs and palmetto bugs.
They're big...
They're armored...
And they FLY.
I've actually had a pet rat, and dealt with banana spiders, wolf spiders, and spiders that I have no clue what they're called. Snakes I only am concerned about if they're venomous, which down here means a pygmy rattler, diamondback, cottonmouth, water moc, or coral snake.

I have an utterly irrational fear of wasps. Even though I've never actually been stung by one. Can't even stay in the same room as one.
But of the ones on the poll, I think spiders would be it. Ever accidentally walked into a spiders web, then spent the next few minutes flailing around frantically because, well if you've walked into the web, where the Hell is the spider?

After all, this is completely straightforward. What could possibly go wrong?

Spiders. Snakes are cool and rats are cat food.
Howedar is no longer here. Need to talk to him? Talk to Pick.
None of the above.
However, if i had to choose one I'm more likely to be 'creeped' out by, spiders.
Then again, defanged tartantulas make good staring-contest opponents, rats make great 'back walking ticklers' and snakes make good belts

I've been asked why I still follow a few of the people I know on Facebook with 'interesting political habits and view points'.
It's so when they comment on or approve of something, I know what pages to block/what not to vote for.

I'd probably say rats, as the spiders I've encountered have been a nuisance, and were easily squishable, and I've never had to encounter a snake. What really freaks me out are bees. Whenever there's one around, I'm in constant fear of being stung. It's probably from a time in 1999 where I accidentally hiked into a nest of them and got stung about ten times.

Rats are cute little pets, snakes are something I respect but don't fear, but spiders just creep the shit out of me. It's just that they have VENOM and they go fricken' everywhere and I don't know how to recognize the venomous ones and I don't know whether they'll bite me or not if they had the chance.
Out of those three, spiders. Centipededs are also pretty revolting, maybe even more so. Insects don't bother me much, but arachnids and centipedes give me the shivers. Snakes and rats on the other hand are cool, especially snakes.

Spiders. I'd shriek like a pussy and run around like a school girl if I saw a tarantula right beside me. Snakes are awesome. Rats are filthy. But cockroaches are the worst.

Why isn't there an "Other" choice? None of those bother me in the least. Ticks freak me out, but spiders and snakes are cool. Rats I don't like but they aren't creepy.
