Their are too many characters to keep track of them all, but basically, Marvel has Spiderman, Avengers, and X-Men, and DC has Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, and the rest of the Justice League.

Literally every good thing that Ahnuld has, or has ever had, ultimately comes from his physical fitness, because his first claim to fame was as a bodybuilder.

And he was a bodybuilder by choice, well before he had any real aspiration of capitalizing on it to become world-famous as a movie star, or to become a politician.

So staying in shape is something that the man legitimately enjoys doing, and he's had fifty years or so for it to become an ingrained habit. He'll probably look in good shape until the day he falls over dead of a stroke or something.
