What is your take on what is going on in Queensland?

Specifically in regards to the Criminal Law (Criminal
Organisations Disruption)
Amendment Act 2013 and the Vicious Lawless Association
Disestablishment Act 2013 and, obviously as it concerns me directly, how they are targeting the bikie MCs in Queensland and it seems most of the other states in Australia.

Also, as I'm not well versed in Australian law, how do they stack up to American laws if you have the knowledge for comparison.

Also, here in the U.S. they try to get these association laws going, but they need to actually prove that the organizations being targeted are criminal, and as of yet, while they can point to criminals in the organizations, like you can with pretty much any organization, they have yet to be able to say the organizations themselves are criminal, like they can with actual organized crime such as the "The Mob" or Mexican drug cartels.
