Several hundred meters, I'd think- it looked like the time of flight was roughly half a second.

If that was a T-72, which I think it was, the HE-FRAG shells for its gun have a muzzle velocity of 850 m/s according to wikipedia.

It's hard to tell, but looking at that video it looks like a HEAT round, not a HE. The velocity would be about the same. The end result boom would be a lot bigger though. The camera seems to survive the nearby hit and subsequent blast which also makes me think it's HEAT not a HE.
If you pause the video around 25s at the right moment you can see what appear to be a dark ring around the center of the round. This is consistent with HEAT round of a T72. The HE ammunition is pretty much bullet shaped at the nose when viewed from the front or side. HEAT rounds have a long "nose" that protrudes from the center of the round.
