Hell on Wheels.
Zombie Plague breaks out amoungst the railroad workers, assumed to be work of Indian medicine men. US Army decides to attack Indians instead of actual zombie threat.

I was more thinking either
A) Zombies go after the wrestlers and eat them.
B) The Undertake and Kane create a new wrestling stable full of 'Zombies' and other undead followers, and beat the tar out of the main eventers and mid-carders.
