What religion/culture has men wear their hair in a bun on top of the head which is covered with a little white piece of cloth?

Yeah I'm pretty sure he's talking about Sikhism, but the turban isn't exactly a little piece of cloth. It's quite big when fully stretched out.

A lot of Sikh men wear their hair in a bun wrapped in a sort of little cloth underneath the turban itself.
