Especially when its a panel. The interview panel had 5 people all GS13 and higher grilling me on technical and non-technical matters. Felt like my head was going to explode afterward. What weird is the fact that the job I was applying for was only GS9 which is just to get my foot in the door, jeesh. Would have been nice to know before had that it was going to be a panel type interview. Oh well there's always the next interview.
