I'll back Ultraviolet.
Also pitch in for some Sea of Souls for a bit of creepiness.
State of Play is good, as are most UK political thrillers - The State Within is another good example.
And a favourite of mine recently was The Shadow Line, which also features Ecclestone

Line of Duty - recent police/crime/corruption drama.
Good Cop - a much darker police story. Did I mention it's darker?
And in dumb fun? Strikeback. All the fucking way. That show is an 80s buddy action movie tv series.
*edit* oh yeah. And Charlie Brooker works:
Black Mirror - this is fuuuuuucked but great.
A Touch Of Cloth - piss take of the police show. Do you like Airplane?

I found a channel called Movie Mix that shows episodes around 1900 GMT, after some cheesy, fairly well forgotten '80s and '90s films (though I only caught this because D.A.R.Y.L. was the film last night and that's a childhood memory there).Darksider wrote:
Online? Or is Baywatch actually still airing in some deep dark cable recess?
In seriousness though, catching up with Being Human season five, The Walking Dead season three, waiting on more Girls Und Panzer and going to rewatch Planetes.
And soon, Game of Thrones season three.
Ando, have you seen both seasons of Black Mirror? Apparently the final episode to the first has had the rights bought up by Robert Downey Jr. for becoming a film. As for political thrillers, I'd also suggest Edge Of Darkness since it's my favourite mini-series of all time, but more recent stuff like Secret State and Burn Up are also good, albeit, a tad rushed.

Oh god Black Mirror. 15 Million Merits is just fucking awful Brilliant, but depressing as hell.
On a British TV show note, I'll recommend Would I lie to you? Yeah, it's a panel show, feel free to judge me, but it's the best idea for a panel show I've ever seen that isn't hosted by Stephen Fry.
