Did Kenny have siblings before this episode?

Yeah, you see other kids around his house, eating dinner with his parents. In "the Wacky Molestation Adventure" you see two other kids cheering as his parents are lead away by the police. They've just never had a speaking role or even names AFAIK.

It's a lot funnier if you're a Colorado native (which is true of a lot of South Park episodes, for that matter). Greeley is the New Jersey of Colorado.

Plus, I know an agnostic who drinks nothing but Dr Pepper and Diet Dr Pepper.

Yeah, Kevin and Karen have been around for a while. They just aren't used, much. You see them in the background at Kenny's house (when his family is eating dinner) fairly regularly. Kevin has only spoken two or three times in the course of the series (including this week), but he was around in the 1st season. Karen wasn't introduced until later (I vaguely remember her having a small part in one other episode a few seasons ago). But, yeah, this is the first time either has really been used.

The brick joke ending with the giant reptilian bird was pretty funny.
