Graeme didn't give us an alternative, to my mind. We have no rehabilitative methods; if the man is unrepentant and gives every indication that he will continue to disrupt discussions to harrass Shep, we cannot keep him in our community.

After a PM exchange with the accused, I have come to the conclusion that his vendetta with Shep is his primary reason for participating on this board. Thus, his presence here is no longer productive, or desired.

Something about Libertarianism always bothered me. Then one day, I realized what it was:
Libertarian philosophy can be boiled down to the phrase, "Work Will Make You Free."
In Libertarianism, there is no Government, so the Bosses are free to exploit the Workers.
In Communism, there is no Government, so the Workers are free to exploit the Bosses.
So in Libertarianism, man exploits man, but in Communism, its the other way around!
