The user Graeme Dice is being brought before the Senate to sit judgement on his actions. Most notably he is accused of violating multiple rules the evidence for the charges having been laid out in this thread.
Pursuant to Rule 3.B.I. there has been a request and a second for a temporary ban during the course of the ban poll. Should the Senate decide to enact a permanent ban no change need be made however if a temp ban is approved instead the Senate may chose to count time served during this poll. If the appropriate Admin could enact the Temp Ban for the duration of the poll.
During the course of this poll we will add 1 additional member to the Senate for a final voting total of 52 active Senators. Quorum for a ban poll is 50% and a perma-ban must pass with a 3/5ths super majority. This poll will run for 7 days until February 5th 19:30 EST.

I personally would have taken the option of a title, except for GD's campaign of unrepentant. As such, SPQSDN.
