As provided for in this thread the motion has been made to consider punishment for the user known as ArcturusMengsk for violations of board rules of conduct as provided in the thread mentioned.
So that everyone is aware a Permanent Ban requires a 60% majority of votes cast, TempBan and Titling require 50% +1 to pass. If we have no clear choice, excepting "no" punishment receiving a majority, we will procede to a runoff.
