Thirty one votes are required to hit 60% and be unable to overturn. Three more votes.
The threshold for a ban has been passed with 28 votes for a permanent ban and a 3 votes for a ban of some length.

Actually there are currently 50 active votes (Red having been declared inactive due to sabbatical) thus 25 votes was enough to secure quorum which we have passed. there are 19 remaining votes out there. Once Perma-Ban reaches 30 votes it will be assured of a 60% majority and passage.
