There are 44 total votes therefore we have a quorum to do business. With 40 votes in favor and 1 vote against (with 3 abstentions) the measure carries with more than 60% and therefore passes. If the appropriate notifications could be made by the respective mods within N&P the will of the Senate has been made known.
