[Vote] Continuation of office

As provided in the rules for the Office of the Whip on an annual basis a vote shall be held to determine if the current occupant shall contiue to hold that post. Please let your thoughts be known...as an aside I will be abstaining as it might be a bit of a conflict of interest for me to vote for myself.

If the vote is for no then I will open the floor for nominations to replace me otherwise we shall all do this again in a year.
