I'd suggest some sort of IP check to make sure he's not a revprez sockpuppet trolling us, then give him the VI.

Just a quick one I'm gonna let this simmer until tomorrow night to let folks weigh in after they come back from the weekend. If the mood is still desirous of a title poll then I'll set it up then. So again the floor is still open for comments and any poll should be up tomorrow evening.

As a personal aside I'm not sure if he yet rises above the level of a stern finger shake but certainly there isn't much redeeming value in his posts that I've seen.

From what I've seen, a VI title is quite well deserved.
