At the end of this thread, His August Majesty the Emperor proposed the banning of the individual "wishful" for the endless violations in that thread, as a summary matter by Imperial Rescript, and in doing so, solicited opinions. Therefore, this is not a normal ban poll, but rather a thread where members of the Senate can, if they wish, express support in the form of a petition encouraging His August Majesty the Emperor to go ahead and move the thread to parting shots, and by extension, ban wishful.

Useless waste of space and with no chance of improvement, that said he hasn't posted since the 5th so banning may not be necessarry and we can just wait until normally inactivity purges the account.

Accounts with posts are never included in purges. So if we want him permanently gone, he must be banned. No great loss, that.
