Gee, whiz...he's getting more notice then 99% of the fanfics of better quality because people are being overreactive fuckwits.

To clarify: If something like this comes up, I have no problem if somebody puts it in mothballs. I generally do not go to the fanfic forum, so in that regard it's one big 'meh', nor do I need to read threads I have no interest in, so I would hardly be in the position to apply any oppression. As far as I'm concerned, this matter is closed and it is nowhere near my territory anyway. If it were, I would not take unilateral action anyway.

A lot of it is intent to me. If a Congolese militia in your fic just took over a town, exceptionally brutal torture and rape would be suitable to depict in a manner intended to drive home the horror of what was happening.
Shep and Fanboy's "Unnamed Porno Fanfic" is intended to be entirely humorous, and is clearly written that way, and in fact contains comparatively little actual sex, instead focusing mainly on perverse jokes.
