What it says on the tin. I'm part of a group composed exclusively of board members engaged in a project that is a) somewhat sensitive and b) not appropriate for any other forum. A usergroup that would allow us to restrict access and keep the public forums uncluttered would be ideal, but how does one go about it now what with the constitutional changes? What are the procedures, criteria, etc.?
