After a long period of dormancy, the game reawakens, though for how long, nobody really knows. I have plans for Tankhalla, but whether they'll actually come to fruition is another matter entirely.

Be nice to see some things that are, uh... connectable? Plots that don't just run in isolation. We had several cooking. For my own part time and energy are at a desperate premium (turns out my job is hard, who knew? Heh). I would fondly hope that some of the others are still interested, but honestly after this long I'm not optimistic.

It takes a special kind of person to participate in an STGOD: creative, active enough with enough free time and above all interest that things won't just sit and molder, and 'plays well with others.'

I've got free time to an absurd extent. I've even started running my own RP over on TF.N.

That being said, I think I can whip something up with the VIKINGs.

What I have in mind for Tankhalla will ultimately wind up concerning both the Arcadians and the interstellar Norsemen, so given that our comrade Skywalker also has a lot of free time on his hands, maybe my shenanigans won't have to run completely in isolation...

I'll wait for episode 9 to come out before I'll actually write out the battle with Katyusha, Nonna, and the other fine women of Pravda.

Hey, it's alive! :D

Zor, just how many worlds are you in the process of invading right now?

I wrote my latest story post while under the effects of sleep deprivation. The less said about my erratic sleeping patterns, the better.

I wish I could write for this. But I have epic writers block. I just can't think of things to do at the moment.

Oh, I can think of a lot of things to do with them, but now many of them robot octopi are going to think of too...no, wait, scratch that mental image...you know what I meant, anyway. I'll finish that first contact thing we were working on, Simon, and send an ambassadorial entity (a tabula rasa, for fun) to Clusterfuck Station, but my immediate neighbours I've got no contact with. I'm juggling too many projects and don't have the creative juice spare to do much without someone to bounce bits off.

Zor, the Unified Imperium is you, right? What precisely are you invading- there may be probes in the area of mine, what are the grid coordinates? Who are the Greys and the Confederacy of Cerna again?

The Greys are Akhlut, and if you can get in touch with him go for it. Cerna is... Imperial528.

The Freehold of Randia, a broken down libertarian sector large state at Sector E-7.

On the other side of you from where I am, then, and adjoining no-one else's territory; might see the flashes but there's nothing I have remotely near there. Zap away.

(I didn't actually know you could do that, pick clashes with barbarian wilderness, find things in empty void; I thought barren space was just...barren. Ah. Right. Might manage something after all, then.)

You can populate the empty spaces on the map with whatever you wish, as long as you don't write yourself significant blobs of free allies.

You didn't think I was dead, have you?

Don't get your hopes up much, though. My internet's being regulated, ergo, the modem at home was hidden by mom. I'm currently typing from university. And I won't be there too long.

Your intermittent participation would be a good thing. Go for it.

Also, again the Centrality reminds me of fascist Italy, with the sort of... air of goofy bumbling that suffuses all its tyranny.

Apologies for not getting a post up. I had less internet time than I was expecting over my break. I'm back on Campus now though, so provided my classes aren't too hard I should be around more.

If you've seen Girls und Panzer, you should realize that my latest story post is basically a massive hatchet job against Erika. Then again, she does work for the Nazi-themed team in that series, so it does fit her chosen factional aesthetic in a way.

In any case, just setting up the pieces for what will be coming. I'll leave this here as a hint, as well as a reminder to watch Kelly's Heroes if you haven't already.

But after reading ECR's latest post, I believe I will.
