I've got 3 Imperial Escort Carriers, 9 Nebulon-Bs, 9 Lancers, 3 Strike Cruisers, and 45 Decimators on convoy duty. Generally, the Strikes act as a strategic reserve, with the frigates actually with the convoys and the carriers in deep cover positon. Decimators are for scouting, of course.

So your average convoy (read - the one the pirates will attack) would have...?
