That I don't remember, it was nearly a decade ago, afterall, but it was somewhere between the two, maybe 20, 30 degrees? (Enough for the bullet to dump 25% of its energy into the target.) Velocity lost: 128m/s
Total momentum lost: ~0.448n*s, lower than estimated. I screwed up somewhere along the lines. The framerate of the camera was three times what I thought, and I still got a number twice the accurate figure...

The piece of sythetic skull survived, by the way. There were a few little chips of it on the plate, but these mostly came off the top.
