Title him (is there any reason "Retarded Spambot" should be limited only to DEATH?) and put him on notice. If he acts up again with one-liners or otherwise noisy non-contributions, then temp- or permban him.

We give him a WTPF, I saw, allow him about a week after that to shape up, and then we can just hold a separate banpoll and finish him off then, since we all know that change pretty much doesn't happen, but it is nice to allow for miracles. Or individuals banning themselves, which is funny.

Something about Libertarianism always bothered me. Then one day, I realized what it was:
