Not really, if you were standing a distance of 6,378 km (the radius of the earth), you would experience 1 g of gravity from a black hole the mass of earth.
Nevermind, then, I had some of my information crossed.

So the PSP would still pass through the ship like it was fog, but the mass of the ship would be yanked along for the ride like a soggy blanket.

Maybe, maybe not...

with a speed of 50% c you would only be for a very short time within this distance to the black hole.
