Actually, it would probably be worth more, since there's probably less than a thousand or so copies of it in existence. Also, the only way that thing would be mint is if it were in some sort of air tight container, since the paper would've turned yellow by now.

The problem with both is that literally no such thing(unless it's hidden with the Spear of Destiny). The reason Geppi is willing to pay such an impressive amount(the book is worth actually 200K+) is because literally the object in question would have to be M/NM for at least 35~40 years with no damage whatsoever(M/NM books these days are hard as hell to find...let alone something over 60 years old)...and the owner a near hermit(for not selling it beforehand).

Literally Steve Geppi is asking for collector to find the Holy Grail of collectibles...and like the Grail hoping the rumors of it's existence are true.

Which doesn't matter, because chances are none of them ever bought a copy and then immediately sealed it in an airtight nitrogen-pumped safety deposit box and locked it up for over half a century. Most of them, if not all, were bubblegum chewing brats who mangled the comics beyond repair when they got them and stuck Mickey Mantle Rookie trading cards in the spokes of their bikes for the noise it would make as they tore down that hill on Oak Street.
