Well, it depends on how he appears.

As Bruce Banner, he is likely to be taken in by an Archwizard once his scientific knowledge is discovered. He will be generally pitied for having no magic, but will get most of the luxuries from his life. When his 'condition' is discovered, the Archwizard/Wizard he is working with will use Temporal Stasis to hold the Hulk down while he studies a cure.

As the Big Greenie, his condition is likely to be diagnosed and studied early on, unless he is mistaken for a demon/orc. If he is mistaken, expect a few volleys from the town guard's mage(Calculated to be 1 Isoton in the D&D Calc's thread, here.) Once seen that this won't stop him, the local Archwizard will get involved, throwing larger and larger objects(See the above thread), until either 1) Hulk is forced to succumb from mountains being flung into his skull, or 2) He is hit with Plane Shift/Finger Of Death/similar.
