Has Magneto screwed Mystique?

Post by Jadeite »

Yes, I do realize that this is a screwed up topic. The thought occured to me Saturday, I was at the theater watching X Men 2 for the second time. Toward the end, right after Mystique got loose in Strykers base, Wolverine remarks: "she's good..." and Magneto replies "You have no idea...", on its own the comments not that implicating, but the way hes said it and his expression got me wondering. What do you guys think?

Several years before or after Kurt was born. His name was Graydon Creed.

I'm not sure whether that's happned in the movieverse.

I think it was just in the comics

If you remember in the first movie you get an idea of how close Magneto and Mistique are, just after they kidnapped senator Kelly.

I haven't seen the movie in a while. Could you be more specific, please.

Of course Mystique has slept with Magneto, she is a huge slut in the comics.

Good point. Even with the stigma of being a slut there really isn't a problem
when you can be whoever you want to be...or whoever the person you want to sleep with wants you to be. :)

I would also like to add that the way Mystique reacts (as Senator Kelly) to finding out that Stryker knows where Magneto is implies to me that at the very least she considers Magneto a very good friend.

The main tip-off to me is that she blurts out Magneto's real first name, "Erik", before she thinks to cover by using his whole name to describe him to Stryker.

Think of it this way Magneto is old and doesn't have access to that many women, he has one girl that can turn into anyone he wants. Of course he is stuffing the the turkey and you would too

And all this leads to the question.... Are movie Mystique and Magneto in love? And the whole thing with Logan is just the nature of thier relationship?
