Well, it was nice light fun and... interesting that they have an actual lighter-than-air airship and it's not just a blatantly magical thingy... but kind of a waste of a page.a

...Is this in the right place to be another "begin a new book" comic?

I wouldn't think so. They're halfway through the Dwarf and it hasn't been so many pages since that Tarquin arc finished.

Well I guess it has. With all the ends wrapping up with the Crystal bit and the godsmoot. But it feels middle of an arc-y. Not start. We must be the penultimate book now though. Wrap up the Vampire arc and then a final show down with Xykon at the last gate...

Blood Runs in the Family ends on 946. There is no way we're in a new book barely over a hundred pages later. This will probably be a chapter break, but it won't be the beginning/end of a book.

Giants, especially Ice Giants, are allied with Hel in most Norse Mythos.

Also, the demigod of the frost giants explicitly voted with Hel's side in the "destroy the world" vote.

Heh. They are much more effective these days. As much from Cerberus syndrome as leveling up.

Cerebus, not Cerberus.
Either way, yes, they have leveled a lot, they upgraded to 3.5 way back, and they picked up a lot of growth character-wise as well (especially V).

Cerberus is the Hound. Cerebus is the Syndrome.

Plus he has an item with feather-fall on it. Remember the 'chucked off a mountain' incident?
